| Air France does a lot about e-mail informations about delay. I was surprised i got informations 3 hours before the departures that the flight will be delayed. |

| Although I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get a direct flight home to NYC from Las Vegas (connecting via SFO), it most certainly didn't impact the overall experience (once again) on Virgin. The boarding process is probably one of the smoothest that I've experienced in a LONG TIME! This particular flight crew was especially friendly; in fact, I even struck up a good conversation with one of them. We arrived into SFO even a little early. |

| This was my connecting flight home from Las Vegas. Being in Main Cabin Select makes a huge difference and it is well worth the money for the upgrade. Unfortunately, I have to dock this flight because of the inconvenience of flying out of the way to SFO only to turn around and fly home. |

| Virgin America continues to amaze me; it is truly an airline service from the Golden Age of air travel. This was my 2nd trip to Las Vegas this year for work, and it was made a little more pleasurable thanks to Virgin America. The staff is great; seats are comfortable; and the amenities are wonderful especially in Main Cabin Select. |

| Remote control did not work so using the screen was a pain.
Emergency exit means leg room and toilets near you so not the best seat!
